Grind up the peels in your sink with your garbage disposal.
Try vanilla for another way to hide that awful kitchen odor.
Place baking soda in a bowl and place it well the smell started. Baking soda absorbs smells and helps relieve those potent smells.
White distilled vinegar is very common to get rid of common odors. It is safe on sensitive surfaces. Use it for Kitchen floors, counters, Sinks etc.
Use a mixture of half vinegar and half water put in spray bottle and spray away.
Vinegar helps odors vanish quickly. If you use cooking oil, sauces, and other food spatters on stove odors can multiply.
Smells can stick and cling to cabinets so wipe down cabinets with a vinegar solution to remove whatever odors may be on the cabinets.
